Procurement and employment relationships

The volume, dedicated to the memory of Paolo Cavalletto, addresses the issue of procurement from a labor law perspective, with particular attention to the theoretical and practical aspects of this important matter. The discussion is updated to Legislative Decree 19/2024 containing "Further urgent provisions for the implementation of the PNRR", converted with amendments by Law 29 April 2024, n. 56 containing "Provisions on the prevention and fight against irregular work", with provisions aimed at strengthening inspection activity, combating violations in the contribution area and strengthening safety at work. In addition to the legal analysis, the volume contains some political-union interventions that enrich the scientific perspective.
