Autobiography of Legality

After a decade in which the annual publication of a volume has documented the most significant aspects of the debate on the principle of legality - through a hundred essays in the disciplines that have made this theme the object of research and study - a balance of the activity of the Observatory on Legality (OSLE) can now certainly be undertaken. In this 2024, therefore, we offer scholars, research centers, interested organizations with whom we have maintained study and research relationships, the illuminating picture that emerges from the Interviews that have been published annually in the ten volumes (from 2014 to 2023) and that call - with two interviews each year - twenty of the scholars and masters of law, responsible for top legal institutions, so that they provide the most penetrating perspectives and considerations on the principle of legality.
