Civil Code and Civil Procedure in hearing 2025. Updated to the I and II Cartabia Corrective Decree

Two years after the Cartabia Reform (Legislative Decree 10 October 2022, n. 149), the Corrective Decrees of 2024 (Legislative Decree 31 October 2024 , n. 164 and Legislative Decree 27 December 2024 , n. 216) have profoundly modified the procedural and substantive civil system.
