Civil Code and complementary laws

The new 2025 edition of the Civil Code and Complementary Laws is updated to the following new features:

• New provisions on the prosecution of the crime of surrogacy committed abroad by an Italian citizen (Law 4 November 2024, n. 169);
• Corrective to the Cartabia reform (Legislative Decree 31 October 2024, n. 164);
• OMNIBUS Decree 2024 (L. 7 October 2024, n. 143, conversion of Legislative Decree 113/2024);
• Corporate sustainability reporting (Legislative Decree 6 September 2024, n. 125);
• Urgent measures in the field of civil justice (L. 8 August 2024, n. 112, of conversion of the decree law 92/2024)
• Provisions on social policies and third sector entities (L. 4 July 2024, n. 104)

The provisions of the Civil Code and of the complementary laws, in the list of which the recent relevant excerpts for each item are included, are annotated with the previous texts of the most recently enacted provisions and with specific references to the related legislation .

The analytical index and the chronological index , which complete the volume, allow for the rapid retrieval of the topics and regulations of interest, as well as the changes that have occurred and the correlations between them.
