Highway Code. With Comparative Texts and Explanatory Comments 2025

With the aim of reducing the high levels of accidents , the L . November 25, 2024 , n . 177 has significantly modified the Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992) and the Implementation and Enforcement Regulation , configuring a complex structure of prevention measures and sanctions .

The Highway Code and Regulations volume, with facing texts and explanatory comments, Neldiritto Editore , aimed at lawyers, magistrates, scholars, police forces, allows you to clearly and immediately view all the innovations introduced by Law 25 November 2024 , n . 177 .

The Code is divided into three Parts .

The first contains the entire Highway Code and the related Implementation and Enforcement Regulations , as amended by the 2024 reform. The Volume contains:
