Administrative Law Code 2024

The new 2024 edition of the Administrative Law Hearing Code is fully updated and implemented in its contents. The Volume, divided into three Parts (Part I dedicated to the Constitution and the main laws of administrative law, including Law 241/1990 and the Administrative Procedure Code with all the attachments to Legislative Decree no. 104/2010; Part II and Part III dedicated, instead, to the other laws of substantive and procedural administrative law), is updated to the recent innovations that have affected the matter, with a simultaneous indication of the previous texts for the provisions that have been impacted by important textual changes, as well as references to the related, supplementary or derogatory provisions with respect to the ordinary discipline.

Among the notable innovations, we would like to point out:

• Reform of tax compliance (Legislative Decree no. 1/2024);
