Two years after the Cartabia Reform (Legislative Decree 10 October 2022, n. 149), the Corrective Decree of 2024 has profoundly changed the procedural system. The volume Codice di procedura civile dopo il Decreto corretto Cartabia , Neldiritto Editore, aimed at lawyers, magistrates, scholars, allows you to clearly and immediately view all the innovations introduced by the Cartabia Corrective Decree.

The volume is divided into two parts.

The first contains the entire Code of Civil Procedure and the Implementing Provisions .

The volume contains:

• facing texts with changes highlighted;
• timely and systematic explanatory comments on the innovations;
• a special synoptic table , placed at the beginning of the first Part, containing a summary of all the modified provisions, very useful for having an immediate awareness of the new features, which is thus made easy to search for;

The second Part , divided into several Sections, instead gives an account of the changes introduced by the Cartabia Corrective Decree to the civil code and to the complementary laws.
