Code of Civil Procedure and complementary laws

The new 2025 edition of the Code of Civil Procedure and Complementary Laws is updated to the following new features:

• Budget Law 2025 (L. 30 December 2024, n. 207);
• New provisions on work (L. 30 December 2024, n. 203);
• New provisions on civil and commercial mediation and assisted negotiation (Legislative Decree 27 December 2024, n. 216);
• “Justice” Decree (Legislative Decree 29 November 2024, n. 178);
• Corrective to the Cartabia reform of the civil procedure (Legislative Decree 31 October 2024, n. 164);
• Corrective- ter to the Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code (Legislative Decree 13 September 2024, no. 136);
• PNRR Decree (L. 29 April 2024, n. 56, conversion of decree law 19/2024).

The provisions of the Civil Code and of the complementary laws, in the list of which the recent relevant excerpts for each item are included, are annotated with the previous texts of the most recently enacted provisions and with specific references to the related legislation .

The analytical index and the chronological index , which complete the volume, allow for the rapid retrieval of the topics and regulations of interest, as well as the changes that have occurred and the correlations between them.
