Code of Criminal Procedure and complementary laws

The new 2025 edition of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Complementary Laws is updated to the following new features:

• Budget Law 2025 (L. 30 December 2024, n. 207);
• New provisions on electronic criminal proceedings (Ministerial Decree 27 December 2024, no. 206);
• “Justice” Decree (Legislative Decree 29 November 2024, n. 178);
• “Migratory flows” decree (Legislative Decree 11 October 2024, n. 145, converted into law 9 December 2024, n. 187);
• Provisions on the juvenile court (Legislative Decree 4 July 2024, n. 92, converted into law 8 August 2024, n. 112).

The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and of the complementary laws, in the list of which the recent relevant excerpts for each item are included, are annotated with the previous texts of the most recently issued provisions and with specific references to the related legislation .

The analytical index and the chronological index , which complete the volume, allow for the rapid retrieval of the topics and regulations of interest, as well as the changes that have occurred and the correlations between them.
