Penal Code and complementary laws

The new 2025 edition of the Criminal Code and Complementary Laws is updated to the following new features:

• Budget Law 2025 (L. 30 December 2024, n. 207);
• Delegation for the reform of the Highway Code (L. 25 November 2024, n. 177);
• New provisions on tax crimes (Legislative Decree 14 November 2024, n. 175);
• “Migratory flows” decree (Legislative Decree 11 October 2024, n. 145, converted into law 9 December 2024, n. 187);
• Strengthening protection against cybercrime (Law 28 June 2024, no. 90).

The provisions of the Penal Code and of the complementary laws, in the list of which the recent relevant excerpts for each entry are included, are annotated with the previous texts of the most recently issued provisions and with specific references to the related legislation .

The analytical index and the chronological index , which complete the volume, allow for the rapid retrieval of the topics and regulations of interest, as well as the changes that have occurred and the correlations between them.
