This new edition of the Criminal Code Explained It is being printed updated to the 2024 Nordio reform which abolished the abuse of office and modified the influence peddling .

Like all the Codes of the Esplicati Collection, this one also brings university students closer to reading and understanding the law, providing the tools necessary to identify the main institutions of procedural law and to develop the appropriate connections between them.

To this end, this Code makes use of original graphic and commentary apparatus, including:

• the use of clear and legible characters for easier reading;
