Reasoned Code of Administrative Law 2025

The Administrative Code was conceived as an innovative preparation and consultation tool, very useful for all legal practitioners, including university students.

The provisions are accompanied by comments which highlight their rationale , content and the main interpretative questions which have arisen in the jurisprudential and doctrinal debate.

The comments are accompanied by “ guided reading diagrams ”, very useful for orienting oneself among the institutions and the complex discipline of the sector.

The Work, now in its eleventh edition , has been the subject of a thorough updating and a revision of the comments, which has taken into account the most relevant regulatory innovations, in particular those introduced by:
