Compendium of Public Contracts 2025. Updated to Legislative Decree 31 December 2024, n. 209 (Corrective Decree on Public Contracts)

The Compendium of Public Contracts, with Process Form , Neldiritto Editore 2025 , now in its third edition, has been revised and updated to the most recent regulatory changes that have modified the new Code and the Annexes, in particular those introduced by Legislative Decree 31 December 204 , n. 209 (so-called Corrective Public Contracts ).

Ample space was reserved for the jurisprudential debate , with the illustration of the main interpretative questions addressed in the almost two years since the entry into force of the 2023 Code.

In the 2025 Edition , the Volume is enriched by an online Appendix, containing a careful selection of Process Formulas in the field of public contracts , updated to Legislative Decree 31 December 2024 , n. 209, and accompanied by a detailed apparatus of notes and warnings. The formulas can be downloaded and edited online.
