The Ministry of Justice has announced a public competition, based on qualifications and examinations, for the recruitment of a total contingent of 236 permanent non-managerial staff, of which 100 in the Officials Area and 136 in the Assistants Area.
The competition procedure is divided into a single written test, separate for each of the competition codes.

The Volume takes into account the most recent regulatory innovations, including Law no. 105 of 24 July 2024 (the so-called Salva Casa Decree ).
To allow you to combine theoretical study with an immediate verification of the acquired ability to solve the corresponding tests, the Manual presents verification quizzes divided for each Part or for individual Chapters that make up the indicated subjects. Finally, the Manual allows access to an online extension , which can be consulted with a special password , to stay updated on the subjects of the exam and to practice with the simulator.
