The Ministry of Justice has announced a public competition, based on qualifications and examinations, for the recruitment of a total contingent of 236 permanent non-managerial staff, of which 100 in the Officials Area and 136 in the Assistants Area.
The competition procedure is divided into a single written test, separate for each of the competition codes.
The Manual 236 positions Ministry of Justice , 136 units of technical assistant-surveyor (Cod. 04), Theory and quizzes , NLD Competitions meets the specific needs of those who have to prepare to face the competitive exam for the profile of technical assistant-surveyor (Cod. 04) .

The Manual is characterized by a complete , updated and, at the same time, schematic and fluid treatment of the following subjects :
  • Elements of construction science and technology;
  • Fundamentals of electrical engineering and mechanics , electrical measurements , electrical machines and equipment , low and medium voltage electrical systems;
  • Basic principles of civil and industrial systems (electrical and hydraulic systems);
  • Elements of legislation on building and urban planning ;
  • Legislation on health and safety in the workplace ;
  • Elements of legislation on public contracts , with particular reference to the design , management and testing of public works ;
  • Judicial system ;
  • Situational questions ;
  • Logical-deductive and verbal critical reasoning skills ( online );
  • English language ( online );
  • Information, communication and information technologies and digital skills ( online ).

The Volume takes into account the most recent regulatory changes, including the Legislative Decree of 31 December 2024 , n. 209 ( Public Contracts Corrective ) and Law of 24 July 2024 n. 105 (so-called Save the House Decree ).
To allow you to combine theoretical study with an immediate verification of the acquired ability to solve the corresponding tests, the Manual presents verification quizzes divided for each Part or for individual Chapters that make up the indicated subjects. Finally, the Manual allows access to an online extension , which can be consulted with a special password , to stay updated on the subjects of the exam and to practice with the simulator
