The manual of “Commercial Law”, edited by Prof. Lorenzo De Angelis, has reached its third edition, in which the numerous legislative interventions which affected, for example, the rules on own shares, multiple voting shares, balance sheets, extraordinary cross-border transactions, the changes introduced by the “Capital” bill and above all those concerning the law on business crisis and insolvency.

The work, deeply reworked in some parts to better illustrate and comment on the current discipline, is the fruit of the work of several Authors , mostly full Professors, chosen from among the most expert in the specific themes covered by each in the volume.

This Manual – in compliance with the requirements of the ministerial programs – is mainly focused on business and company law, but also contains extensive sections on the theory of the company, on the law of the financial market, on accounting law, on insolvency law and on the regulation of credit securities and is intended above all for university students and legal professionals (magistrates, notaries, lawyers and accountants) who intend to broaden and update their legal knowledge, as well as for all scholars of commercial law subjects.
