Criminal Law. Special Part I - Crimes against the person

The work, now in its eighth edition, takes into account the relevant regulatory changes that have occurred and confirms itself as an excellent basic manual for learning criminal law.

The new edition in particular stands out for its updates (small but important) and for its undisputed style which is further refined and perfected.

The "Special Part" of our "Criminal Law" includes, first of all, the treatment of "Crimes against the person", and this is because crimes against the person are the "natural crimes" par excellence, "constant" of criminal law, foreseen for the protection of "goods-ends" (in function of which the protection of other "goods-means" is arranged) and exposed, perhaps never as in the current contradictions of our contradictory era, to ever new forms of aggression; hence their "centrality" in the "personalism" of our penal system.
