With this Form - updated to Legislative Decree 19 March 2024, n. 31 (so-called corrective Cartabia Reform ) and Law 8 August 2024, n. 112, for the conversion of Legislative Decree n. 92/2024 (so-called Prison Decree ) - the Authors pursue the objective of guiding the criminal law operator towards knowledge of the various institutes that characterize the phase of criminal execution of a sentence of conviction that has become irrevocable, analyzing all the alternative measures to detention that are practicable , through a text that is characterized by its extremely practical and operational purpose, but also by its streamlined structure that allows for easy and targeted consultation.

The form represents a valid operational tool of assistance for the criminal lawyer, making available to him all the schemes of the defensive acts relevant in the criminal execution phase, contextualized with the relative regulatory framework of reference, often characterized by a high level of technicality, and accompanied by notes aimed at systematically framing the procedural institute highlighting problematic issues, jurisprudential references and suggestions for a quicker and more complete drafting of the defensive act.
