Cartabia Reform of Civil Procedure Form – Second Edition

The Cartabia Reform of Civil Procedure Form, in its second edition, intended for meet the needs of various professionals (lawyers, trainees, consultants and mediators), analyzes the most important judicial documents in light of the significant innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 31 October 2024 n. 164 “containing supplementary and corrective provisions to Legislative Decree 10.10.2022, n. 149, implementing Law 26.11.2021, n. 206, delegating the Government for the efficiency of the civil process and for the revision of the rules on alternative dispute resolution tools and urgent measures to streamline procedures in matters of the rights of individuals and families as well as in matters of forced execution”.

To this end, the volume is structured along the lines of the procedural system and includes: the ordinary first-instance trial, the simplified cognition trial, appeals in general and the appeal, the appeal to the Supreme Court, the executive trial and the trial for individuals, minors and families.

Each formula, accompanied by a brief introduction on the new reference legislation , has been structured by highlighting the innovations imposed by the Reform and reporting the new text of the regulation involved as well as, where present, the jurisprudential references that inspired it.

The volume, therefore, constitutes an indispensable tool for an immediate analysis and understanding of the new physiognomy assumed by civil procedural documents after the so-called Cartabia Corrective.
