The new family proceedings

The work, with an agile and operational approach, aims to offer professionals a reasoned guide to manage the crucial phases of family litigation, as amended by the so-called "Cartabia Reform", focusing on four key themes: introductory documents, first hearing, preliminary investigation phase, accumulation of separation and divorce applications. The aim is to provide legal practitioners with a "legal and procedural compass" to orient themselves among legislative innovations and application implications, without neglecting case law orientations. The volume, updated to Legislative Decree 164/2024, which makes some corrections to the Cartabia Reform, can count on a systematic, concrete and innovative approach, thanks to the contribution of the Authors, lawyers and magistrates, who participated in the drafting of the Guide in a sort of interdisciplinary dialogue, identifying the salient procedural and substantive arguments in the matter, also allowing to focus on any orientations and virtuous practices.

Cassation lawyer, expert in family law and protection of minors, work and gender discrimination. She is a teacher and speaker at numerous national conferences, debates and training courses.
