The Business Crisis Code for Lawyers 2025

Two years after its entry into force, the Crisis Code is once again being “retouched” with an intervention that is not just a cosmetic measure. The third corrective measure was created not only to take into account the stringent commitments that Italy has undertaken with the PNRR, but also with the aim of addressing the critical issues and interpretative and applicative doubts that emerged among operators in the initial application phase of the Crisis Code, as well as to amend those provisions in which material errors were found or for which the need to update the references to other provisions of the Code emerged.
