The New Highway Code. Commentary on the innovations introduced by the Reform

With the aim of reducing the high levels of accidents , the Law 25 November 2024, n. 177 significantly modified the Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992) and the Implementation and Implementation Regulation, configuring a complex structure of prevention measures and sanctions .

The volume The new Highway Code. Commentary on the innovations of L. 25 November 2024, n. 177 , Neldiritto Editore , aimed at lawyers, magistrates, scholars, contains a timely and reasoned analysis of the innovations introduced by the 2024 reform.

The volume is divided into two parts .

The first one allows us to have a detailed reconstruction (with comparative legislative texts ) of all the innovations introduced.

The second contains the tables and the main Ministerial Decrees, very useful for all operators in the sector.
