For the 2023-2024 session of the bar exam, Legislative Decree 51/2023 converted into Law 87/2023 has provided new ways of carrying out and in particular, after years of "enhanced oral", a single written test which consists of the drafting of a judicial document , at the candidate's choice between civil, criminal and administrative law.
In order to allow aspiring lawyers to familiarize themselves with the new test, this text collects a selection of traces of judicial acts of civil, criminal and administrative law carried out , among those already assigned in the past.
To offer an essential preparation tool, all the exercises proposed in this book have been updated and updated to current legislation and the most recent jurisprudence , in order to guarantee an effective and functional study for general preparation; when necessary, the tracks were also partially modified (with appropriate reporting notes) to make them consistent with current legislation. All the documents were then updated to innovations introduced by the Cartabia Reform of civil and criminal proceedings (Legislative Decree 149 and 150/2022). The tracks were also selected in light of the most requested topics over the years.
Each development is introduced by a discussion of the substantial institutions And relevant procedural , from a set of maxims of the more relevant jurisprudence , from a motivated hypothesis of case solution proposed in the track, and then obviously by the judicial act .
The work is completed by a series of deed templates with synoptic diagrams and guided composition paths , to facilitate the drafting of any type of deed.
