The Institutions of Labour Law, published in two volumes (Trade Union Law; Employment Relationships), are very useful to teachers, lawyers, magistrates, and labour consultants. In fact, not only are all the laws and legislative decrees cited, but also, in footnotes, the rulings of the Court of Cassation, the Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Justice.
