The New Discipline of Public Contracts

The work is aimed at all those - university students and legal professionals (lawyers, magistrates, public officials and scholars of the subject in other capacities) - who are interested in a clear and systematic analysis of the complex discipline of public procurement and concession contracts. The volume is updated with the innovations introduced by the so-called "corrective" decree (Legislative Decree 31 December 2024, no. 209) to the Public Contracts Code. The volume is the result of the coordinated work of legal professionals (lawyers, university professors, magistrates and public officials).
