Civil liability for road traffic

The volume, in the new series Professional manuals , it is divided into two parts . In the Before he dwells on:

The Manual, also updated to Recent changes made to the Highway Code by Law 25 November 2024, n. 177, examines the institutions treated with the aid of the most significant jurisprudential orientations , to which a paragraph is dedicated in almost all chapters, also dwelling on practical issues.
In fact, for each topic covered, a summary is reported practical case , in order to offer support to the professional to orient himself in the matter with an operational approach.
