The reform of the Highway Code

With Law 25 November 2024, n. 177 , published in the Official Journal 29 November 2024, n. 280, the long-awaited and significant changes were made to the Highway Code .

This Work, which comes out the day after the entry into force of the reform, set for 14 December 2024, examines with a practical-operational approach all the innovations introduced by the aforementioned Law, offering a timely interpretation of the regulatory interventions.

Always with a view to providing a useful operational tool for the professional and the operator, this volume is accompanied by specific tables, which compare the text following and the text preceding the reform of some provisions of the Highway Code.
