Civil Enforcement Manual 2025 updated to the Cartabia Corrective Decree Legislative Decree 31 October 2024, n. 164

The Manual of the new civil execution , updated to the Cartabia Corrective Decree of 2024 , offers professionals in the sector (in particular lawyers, notaries, magistrates and consultants) an accurate and guided analysis of the discipline and institutions of the complex subject of execution. The approach is mainly practical-applicative , since the Work is mainly aimed at facilitating the understanding and resolution of the innumerable problems that have emerged in concrete judicial practice.
