The Manual of Administrative Law, now in its twenty-sixth edition, deals with substantive administrative law (considering both the subjective and objective profile of the administration) and procedural law, dedicating specific attention to the general principles of the subject, particularly relevant in a regulatory context characterized by the extreme complexity of written sources.
On the other hand, there are numerous in-depth analyses relating to the most important institutions, there is a marked attention to the evolution of jurisprudence and there is a constant concern to provide a systematic framework of the matter.
Also this year we have ensured the usual updating of the Manual, required by the incessant jurisprudential innovations, by the suggestions of the doctrine (always vital and attentive) and by the most recent legislative reforms (in particular: the so-called Cartabia Reform).
