The new edition of the Manual of Criminal Procedural Law , already deeply revised in light of the Cartabia Reform, comes after the adoption, by the Government and Parliament, of numerous legislative measures that have significantly innovated the procedural code. Among these, it is worth mentioning the recent Legislative Decree 31/2024, containing several appropriate supplementary and corrective provisions of the Cartabia reform, and the Law that repealed the crime of abuse of office and that made changes, among other things, to the code's discipline of wiretapping and precautionary measures.
