The Systematic Manual of Criminal Law - Special Part is dedicated to the analysis of the individual crimes governed by the code and the main complementary laws.

The new edition is updated to the most recent reforms , including legislative interventions that have reconfigured some crimes against public administration (law 114/2024, the so-called Nordio reform, and legislative decree no. 92/2024, the so-called “prison decree”, converted into law 112/2024).

The work retains the distinctive characteristics of the other Manuals that make up the series.

It is also a work with very well-defined characteristics.
