Organization and work in the transport sector between generality and specialty. The logistics contract

The Conference was born from the initiative of three labor law journals (Diritto del mercato del lavoro, Massimario di giurisprudenza del lavoro and Variazioni su temi di diritto del lavoro) and three maritime law journals (Diritto dei trasporti, Il diritto marittimo® and Rivista del diritto della navigazione). The idea of ​​the Conference was to promote a dialogue between maritime law and labor law. In the first session, the principle of specialty of art. 1 of the navigation code, understood as a specialty of the Code and, therefore, as a relationship between the sources, was compared with the concept of specialty, specific to labor law based on the identification of the specializing elements of the individual contractual models with respect to the type of art. 2094 of the civil code. In the second session, the debate focused on the examination of the logistics contract and its effects on the regulation of the underlying employment relationships.
