General handbook of construction. Operational sheets of the construction discipline organized with the rules of the consolidated text of construction

The General Building Handbook is a true vademecum of the complex and articulated subject of building construction. It analyses all the major residential and non-residential building works, including the various procedures necessary for the implementation of the interventions, codified by easy-to-consult operational sheets. The Handbook is updated to the law of 24 July 2024, n. 105, containing the conversion, with amendments, of the decree-law of 29 May 2024, n. 69 "Urgent provisions on building and urban planning simplification". The volume is organised by topic, using operational sheets, within which all the indications and information useful for the procedural management of each activity are covered, in order to put the technician in the position of being able to have the best indications necessary to guarantee complete coverage of the problems he will be called upon to face in carrying out his task. The operational sheets for each individual building intervention report: Description of the intervention (detailed in basic details); Technical data sheet (required building permit, constraints and anything else necessary); Reference legislation (relating to the intervention to be carried out); Case law (maximation relating to the intervention works); Essential attachments (necessary for the request, the implementation and its use).
