Constitutional and Public Law Schemes 2025

The "Il Diritto in Schemi" series aims to provide useful support for learning and reviewing the main subjects covered by exams and competitions. The "Schemi" guide students and competitors in studying the subjects, helping them to focus their attention on the fundamental notions and main aspects of the discipline of each topic, on the analogies and differences between the institutes, on the profiles worthy of further study because they are the subject of attention by doctrine and jurisprudence. The volumes are characterized by the schematization of the topics, which allows for clear and immediate understanding and easy memorization, and in particular they contain: diagrams and synoptic tables; comparison tables between institutes; in-depth focuses; particular graphic devices, such as the use of symbols, bulleted lists and bold, to develop visual memory. These elements make the volumes a practical guide for those who want to prepare for the subject starting from the basic notions and fundamental institutes or for those who need a quick review in the run-up to the test, also acting as a useful tool to accompany manuals and compendiums. In this 11th edition, the Volume takes into account the most important regulatory and jurisprudential innovations, including: Constitutional Court, 3 December 2024, n. 192 (Partial illegitimacy of Law 26 June 2024, n. 86); Law 26 June 2024, n. 86 (Differentiated autonomy of the Regions). To enrich the Volume, a Glossary of legal words is inserted at the end, in which institutes or principles that are not negligible in the preparation are indicated, with the essential definition.
